By accessing or using binarycubeit.ca (the "Site") or engaging Binary Cube IT ("we", "us", or "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Binary Cube IT provides web and mobile app development, digital marketing, e-commerce, cloud/IT infrastructure, and AI/automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work.

Project deliverables are governed by the terms of the specific engagement agreement signed between Binary Cube IT and the client.
Service fees, payment milestones, and invoicing schedules will be detailed in the individual agreement for each engagement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are payable within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement and to use such information solely for the purpose of fulfilling project obligations.
The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by law. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binary Cube IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our services.
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, AWS, OpenAI). We are not responsible for the terms, availability, or actions of these third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or services at our discretion, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
